Q. When I try to log in, I cannot because I am still
logged in from a previous session.
A. Highlight your name and click on the garbage can.
That should remove your name from the list, allowing you to log
on again.
Q. When I enter in each line item the FOB doesn’t come through automatically.
A. Check to make sure that the customer has a contract set up to default into the workorder first. If that is set up, you must click into the gray area to set the order header information before continuing to enter the line items
Q. Can I edit the inventory or grower charges if I have to?
A. Yes you can edit both of the above items by going into the utilities tab and selecting the edit inventory or lotted items. To edit the grower charges select the lotted items and you can adjust any of the charges.
Q. The limited access and posting locked is still on, how do I get rid of it?
A. Go to the Utilities Tab and select the system setup. Click the reset posting button at the top of the screen. This will reset the posting and clear the messages.
Q. What is the quickest way to see a customer’s current A/R?
A. From the work order you can click on the dollar sign button to the right of the customer ID. That will take you to a current A/R aging for that specific customer.
Q. How can I see what lots were used for each line item?
A. Select the line item that you would like to check, and click on the blue ship qty. This will take you the line detail screen showing you what lots were used.
Q. In Supplies, do I have to enter both a pool number and block number?
A. You can enter pool number, block number or both.
Q. When I look at on order, there are old orders that still show up there. How do I get rid of them?
A. There may be old orders that are still in the order status or loading. In order to change the status you must select the order you would like to change and click on the blue invoice number, this will take you right to the work order where you can change the order status to read correctly.
Q. I’ve added some new customers, but they aren’t sorted.
A. Go to the customer entry screen.You will see a section at the top that says sort by: You can select how you want to sort the records, then click on the button that looks like a graph. That will sort the IDs, but only for this session. When you enter the system again,you will need to resort.You can permanently sort the items by clicking on the button that looks like a triangle with an exclamation point. That will permanently sort the IDs. This step is not reversible.
Q. I can’t post Sales to A/R and A/P because of an error in a work order. What should I check first?
A. First you should check to make sure that the correct
IDs are entered correctly for all customers, vendors, transportation,
and items. Next make sure there is a ship date entered, and check
to make sure that there are costs, prices,vendors, and pick up numbers.
For any items purchased from a location 0. Any lines that have a
0 price must be entered as .0001.
